Kaili Sermat-Harding

Kaili Sermat-Harding recently retired from a successful 30-year career with the Ontario Government, including a position as Assistant Deputy Minister (ADM) Conservation and Renewable Energy, where she provided leadership to the division and policy oversight for initiatives designed to support the province’s renewable energy goals and energy efficiency targets.

Working on the Board of EFC represents an exciting opportunity to apply her unique skillset to contribute to the health and vigour of the Estonian community in Canada. Kaili attended Estonian School and Jõekääru, as well as rhythmic gymnastics and folk dancing classes. Academically, Kaili is a member of Eesti Naisüliõpilaste Selts. 

Kaili joined the Board in 2019.
